Immigration Evaluations

I provide psychological evaluations for immigration cases, and I’m here to support you through this important and often overwhelming process.

I understand this may be a difficult and uncertain time. You may be feeling anxious or afraid about what lies ahead. You came to the U.S. seeking a better future for yourself and your family, perhaps fleeing political, racial, or religious violence in search of safety. You’re now navigating the legal system with the help of your attorney, working toward the chance to live here peacefully and lawfully.

This is where I come in.

I provide detailed psychological evaluations that include clinical interviews, assessment questionnaires, and a comprehensive written report tailored to your immigration case. I am fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, and can conduct evaluations in any of these languages.

I offer immigration evaluations across California for:

  • Extreme Hardship
  • Cancellation of Removal
  • Asylum
  • U-Visa
  • T-Visa
  • VAWA
  • N-648 (Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions)

As a second-generation South Asian American woman, I understand the complexity of the immigrant experience. I’ve witnessed the strength and sacrifice it takes to build a life in a new country, and I recognize the fear that can come with the possibility of losing it.

I know how significant these evaluations can be to the outcome of a case, and I approach this work with care, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to your story being heard.

If you or your attorney are seeking an evaluation, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help.
