Please review my fees for in-network and out-of-network options below.

Therapy Fees:

• Initial Intake Appointment (60 minutes): $225
• Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes): $200

Please note: These are private pay fees, meaning the patient is responsible for payment directly if I am out-of-network with your insurance provider.

I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. However, reimbursement is determined by the insurance company, and I cannot guarantee that you will receive it.

Evaluations:

• Psychological Evaluation for Immigration: $1350

Please note: A completed report will be delivered within 3 weeks. For expedited reports, there will be an additional fee.
